We partner with inexperienced and small-scale developers to generate exceptional returns while contributing to the prosperity of communities in our target markets. LSG Partners’ areas of focus include development-based and value-add investments for low- to mid-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects of any scale, location, and budget.
