Arian Mesbahian is an experienced Project Manager in real estate development, with direct involvement in managing 50+ residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the Greater Toronto Area. He specializes in coordinating consultants, securing municipal approvals such as OPA, ZBA, SPA, and Subdivision Agreements, and overseeing all aspects of due diligence including zoning, servicing, and environmental reviews.
