Content Writer

We are currently looking for a part-time student content writer to join our marketing department. This position is for students who are require in a co-op placement experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting the Marketing Department with all content writing needs in a timely manner.
  • Writing and editing for blog posts, press releases, market reports, social media posts, brochures, web pages, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Editing and proofreading existing written content.
  • Identifying opportunities and presenting new ideas to the Marketing Director.
  • Ensuring all written content is of highest quality and reflects LSG brand standards.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in Journalism, English, Professional Communication, or a related discipline in progress.
  • Impeccable English grammar and spelling skills.
  • Ability to research and write for topics related to commercial real estate.
  • Solid organization and time management skills.
    Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • 1 -3 years of experience in journalism or content writing.
  • Experience with Adobe InCopy is a bonus.
  • Social media experience is a bonus.
