Real Estate Deal Administrator

The Land Services Group is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Deal Administrator with real estate experience.

Your responsibilities:

  • Input deal transactions into the Lone Wolf accounting system and facilitate transactional documentation
  • Verify that all documents received have correct signatures, dates, and other necessary details
  • Complete deal sheets and closing financials
  • Prepare and send out for signing all Agreement of Purchase and Sales, Listing Agreements, MLS Data Sheets, WWR, Buyer Rep etc.
  • Follow up with agents and external parties, including real estate brokerages, lawyers, developers, and builders
  • Prepare and send invoices to real estate brokerages and lawyers for commissions
  • Invoice and follow up on co-operating brokerage commissions
  • Assist with agent appointment and scheduling using Showingtime
  • Perform other office-related duties and assignments as required

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience working in a real estate brokerage and Lone Wolf
  • Working experience of real estate transactions, OREA forms such as Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (e.g. Buyer Representation Agreement), Fintrac ID, etc.
  • Ability to solve routine problems independently and analyze issues for possible solutions
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Thrives as a team player who works well under pressure and in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
  • Fluent in English and a second language
