Keevin has been a practicing realtor for more than a decade. He is passionate about commercial & industrial properties. Keevin works on the following asset types:

(1) Commercial & industrial income properties;

(2) Industrial multi-tenanted warehouses; Retail plaza and Multi-res apartment buildings;

(3) Larger vacant lands designated residential medium to high residential density;

(4) Commercial income properties in the Toronto area for condo redevelopment and

(5) Vacant lands zoned for Prestige Industrial.

Prior to his real estate career Keevin served as a Vice President in various corporations in Toronto and was the Founding President of University of Liverpool (UK) Canadian Alumni Association.
