LSG Announces Collaboration Projects with KMB Development

KMB Development is a company established by a team of professional engineers and managers with lots of experience in the development and construction industry in Canada and globally.

KMB announces collaboration with Land Services Group as an active strategy partner on two major LSG development projects – Riverview Hills and Courtice Glade starting 2022.

Courtice Glade

Courtice Glade is located along Courtice Rd in Clarington. This is a 4 acres (~2 acres developable) will accommodate townhouse units with the outdoor amenities and also, some of the units back to ravine and green space . The city of Clarington is one of the fastest growing cities in the Durham region and this project is located in the heart of it.

Riverview Hills

Riverview Hills is a +39 acres (~22.5 acres developable) property includes three parcels of developable land zoned to accommodate a combination of detached single family homes, regular townhomes, back-to-back stacked townhomes, mid-rise condominium building with potential for ground-level commercial space, and outdoor amenities.
