Lead Sales Representative

The Land Services Group is currently looking for experienced Lead Sales Representatives who will establish and expand the Land Services Group’s presence across Canadian markets.

What you will do:

  • Assemble and mentor a team of registered real estate sales representatives in your geographical area.
  • Generate client leads to buy and sell commercial development properties.
  • Create and compile lists for real estate sales properties with the provided information packages.
  • Show properties to potential buyers.
  • Present purchase offers to sellers.
  • Review purchase and sales contracts to ensure accuracy of terms.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare and coordinate presentation packages on comparative market analyses, demographic studies, environmental searches, and financial analyses for properties.
  • Advise clients in the development and execution of real estate development strategies.
  • Establish and build relationships with land owners, developers, builders, and other industry professionals.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Proof of registration as a Broker and/or Sales Representative with the appropriate regulatory authorities (eg. RECO for residents of Ontario).
  • Self-motivation and ambition
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 10 residential land transactions and 5 commercial/ICI land transactions.
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (eg. Excel, Word)
  • Educational background in real estate, engineering, architecture, urban planning, business/finance, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team.
  • Bonus: Fluency in a second language.
